UK COVID variant now spread to over 80 countries

The more infectious UK variant is taking over the world, and most likely started with a single infection.

After two years with COVID the world has been hit with a new 'evolved' variant. The longer an outbreak goes on, the more people adapt to it, and those who have contracted the virus and survived are therefore immune to it. So to survive, the virus must evolve, and this is exactly what happened.

The new strain is apparently more infectious and has spread to over 80 countries around the globe. Whats really crazy is that it may have originated from one person, someone who's body wasn't able to defeat the virus in the two week incubation period, but who also didn't die to the virus, meaning the virus had to fight to survive, evolving and adapting until it began to spread once again.
